What are the benefits of offering a free review?
For the team at TherapeutAix, offering a free initial review provides us with the opportunity to understand the client and what they want to achieve, and to see if we can genuinely help. We only take on the projects that we feel certain we can deliver on and are committed to reaching the best possible outcome for our clients. Where we are unable to provide direct support we are often able to recommend alternatives.
The free initial review also gives clients a chance to find out about us and the way we operate. We want to ensure that we are a good fit for them and so will remain open and transparent throughout the entire process.
We know that our customers find value in our free reviews, as 85% of the recipients go on to become contracted clients of ours. It is a rewarding process that works for us and has garnered much success in the last six years since we began. And even if this is stating the obvious: there are no strings attached and no obligations for those clients who, after our free review, decide a contract isn’t the right thing for them.
In our most recent survey, we found that 100% of respondents who had received a free review would work with us again, and also recommend us to their industry peers. Several clients emphasised the importance of the free review in building the initial relationship and encouraging internal stakeholders to engage with the process in a positive and beneficial way.
What is included in the free review?
As our review intends to learn more about the client and their project, we will complete a rapid assessment of project data and plans at all stages from project start through to clinical proof-of-concept. The review is usually conducted under CDA and the output is delivered via a document which provides a framework for further activity.
Our initial feedback from this review is often able to identify gaps and signpost possible solutions, while still remaining free of charge. We also provide a recommendation for next steps and, if we are to be involved, an outline of costs and timelines.
In summary, the free review allows both parties to understand the deliverables, costs and timelines before a contract is in place. More importantly, the activity establishes an open and trusting relationship at the outset and we believe that this is key to success.
